Job Responsibilities:
Supporting GEHC Chengdu CIC indirect purchases and business operations by understanding stakeholders' needs and communicating sourcing policy.
Working closely with Shnghai TD finance and compliance team to mitigate companys compliance risk and control costs,including the payment process.
Supporting the development & execution of the local sourcing strategies that delivers a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives. This includes supplier selection,RFQ, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.
Supporting sourcing execution for Chengdu CIC facility, purchased service commodity or suppliers.
Monitoring internal and oversea suppliers quality and delivery performance.

Requirements:
Master Degree on English with excellence oral speaking.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets or PPT analysis.
Prefered on good communciation &execution.
Stable.
